KARLO NEBRES
MANAGING ATTORNEY
Karlo was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law since that time.

Mr. Nebres is qualified to handle all matters before the WCAB and has significant experience with Labor Code 3201.5 and 3201.7 carve-out cases.

When not practicing law, Mr. Nebres enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching and cheering on his children’s basketball teams and watching his favorite local sports teams (Warriors, Giants, 49ers & Sharks).
MOJEED SALAAM
OF COUNSEL
Mojeed has over 30 years of Workers Compensation experience. He spent his first 12 years as a claims examiner and supervisor. For the last 18 years, Mojeed has been practicing as a trial lawyer defending the interests of clients in Workers' Compensation matters, including Serious & Willful and Section 132(a) discrimination claims.
Mojeed is a diligent attorney offering skills in innovative problem solving and solution to create effective case argument for successful outcomes. He enjoys playing soccer and traveling the world.
MELIZA NAVARRO
SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
eliza has been practicing law for over 26 years. Most of those years has been as a workers' compensation defense attorney. She has represented insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.

When not working, Meliza enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the Bay Area. She is also an avid Olympic weightlifter.
DAVID CARASH
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
David has approximately 20 years of experience defending Workers' Compensation claims as an attorney. He has extensive experience representing Employers and Insurance companies before the WCAB and various ADR Programs.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid golfer and a devoted fan of the 49ers, Warriors, and Giants.
MARC COHEN
FOUNDER
Marc has been practicing law in the workers' compensation arena for nearly twenty five years. His primary focus is defending public entities, including school districts.
He is a frequent lecturer and panelist at conferences such as CAJPA, ICA, and DVICA. Marc enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and three dogs. When not out cycling the East Bay hills, he might be found at a ball game or sampling a Belgian beer.​​
